A local staple to the Kansas City area, Unforked, is known for its chef-inspired, locally sourced menu. The restaurant offers a variety of tacos, burgers, salads, and sides made from fresh, seasonal ingredients. The general vibe of the restaurant boasts a modern, mid-century aesthetic. I used ink and a fork to create the texture on each tab.
